Senior High Youth Potato Bar Fundraiser
The potato bar takes place on November 23rd, right after worship. Please stay and enjoy a potato with all the fixings.
Martha Circle's Thanksgiving Project
The project is to help with the purchase of a wheelchair for 16-year old Seth Knott, who is diagnosed with cerebral palsy, and is a student at Buffalo Gap High School. He is in dire need of a larger wheelchair and Medicaid has dropped his coverage. If you feel led to make a donation to this worthy cause, please leave your donation with Martha Circle Treasurer, Dorothy Ashby.
Holiday Bags
Holiday Bags for the 15 college students are in the kitchen, ready to fill. Please place all food and any other items in the bags by November 23rd.
Operation Christmas Child
Operation Christmas Child, sponsored by the Samaritan's Purse, will once again be supported by our Middle School Youth. Shoe boxes packed with gifts for needy children will be collected November 17-24. You can pick up a brochure and the select the child's age category in the Fellowship Hall.
Camp Massanetta News
In the face of economic struggles and declining camp registration, the Massanetta Springs Board of Trustees has made the difficutlt decision to end the camp program. This only affects the camp. Conferences, including the Middle School Conference, will continue. The Board's statement is on the bulletin board in the fellowship hall.
